The registration fee includes tuition, course materials, manuals, and all other materials used during class. Lunch is provided each day.

An optional math refresher is included Sunday afternoon, Sept 18th, but must be requested at the time of registration by checking the box.

Registrants may enroll by email, website, or mail. For flight considerations, the class will end by Noon on Friday. Registrants may enroll by email, telephone, or mail. Class size is limited, so it is important to register as far in advance as possible. Send in your registration to reserve your place in class. Purchase orders, checks, and credit cards are accepted as payment. If you are interested in staying in the hotel, a rate of $124/night has been negotiated. Note: Cancellations after Sept 2nd will be subject to full charges. Substitutions will be accepted.
